IFM is committed to investing in nation building projects through the IFM Australian Infrastructure Fund. The IFM television commercial features four assets that the Fund invests in.
These are:
Adelaide Airport: the aviation gateway to South Australia and the fourth largest domestic airport and sixth largest international airport in Australia.
Southern Cross Station: a major Melbourne railway station and terminus of the state's regional railway network, servicing 120,000 passengers per day.
Port of Brisbane: Australia’s fastest growing container port and Queensland’s largest general cargo port.
Pacific Hydro: a leading renewable energy company with hydro, wind, solar and geothermal power projects in Australia, Brazil and Chile. The three projects shown are the Portland Wind Energy Project, the Ord River Hydro Power Plant and the proposed Moree Solar Farm ProjectDevelopment.
The IFM Australian Infrastructure Fund also invests in the following assets: Melbourne Airport, Brisbane Airport, NT Airports, Perth Airport Property Fund, Interlink Roads (M5), Eastern Distributor (M1), Ecogen Energy, Wyuna Water, Axiom Education, IFM Aged Care Financing Trust, NSW Rent Buy, Perth CBD Courts, Defence HQ and Statewide Roads.
